GENERAL QUESTIONS

How can I see your pieces in person?

You can come visit us by appointment in NYC Monday through Friday! Please reach out to us at hello@revive-jewels.com to set up an appointment. We'd love to meet you and give you the opportunity to ask all the questions you have and figure out what styles you really love. After booking, we will send you some follow up questions.

We also take virtual appointments which you can schedule here!

How do you determine how old each piece is?

We use our knowledge of design, construction techniques, and materials to determine a ring’s age. While we cannot guarantee the precise age of each piece, we try our best to give a very close estimate.

Are your pieces certified or appraised?

Most of our pieces are sold with a diamond grading report from GIA or an appraisal from a third party appraiser. Gemstones are certified by AGL or GIA.

Are the diamonds in your jewelry conflict free?

Yes! All of the pieces in our collection are sustainable choices that are conflict-free and avoid new mining. By shopping vintage, you are helping reduce the environmental impact that comes with fine jewelry creation

Do you make custom pieces?

We currently do not offer any bespoke services but if you are looking for something specific please let us know, we love a good treasure hunt! 

How often do you add new styles to the site?

We are constantly on the hunt for the most  unique vintage pieces. To stay up to date on our new arrivals, subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

How do you ship orders?

We ship all orders using Fedex overnight or 2nd day express service at no additional cost to you. All packages are fully insured while in transit and require an adult signature upon delivery. We can only ship to the address noted on your order. Please inspect your package upon arrival to ensure it has not been tampered with. 

How long does it take for orders to ship?

We ship all orders the same day they are placed as long as they are made before 1pm EST Monday through Thursday. Orders received on Friday will ship out on Monday or can be upgraded to Saturday delivery for an additional $30 fee. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally with Fedex International Priority, for an additional charge of $100. Many countries charge import duties and customs fees for importing products, which is the buyers responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for information on your country's duty/customs fee schedule.  

What is your return policy?

All items sold by Revive can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a prepaid and insured shipping label. We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package. After 30 days all sales are final. We do not accept returns of any worn or damaged items. 

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that can be used to track your package online.

PAYMENTS

Do you accept deposits, partial payments or offer any payment plans?

We only accept payments in full. Payments can be made using all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We accept Paypal as well.

Will you hold an item?

Unfortunately we are not able to hold any items.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, paypal and wire transfers. You will receive a 3% discount for any items paid for using bank wire transfer. Please contact us directly to arrange payment, and so that we can put the item you want on hold until payment is remitted.

RING SIZING

Can this ring be resized?

Please send us an email to determine whether we are able to resize the ring to your desired size. Most rings on our site can be resized unless otherwise noted, but changing the size too drastically can alter the shape and integrity of the ring. 

How much does resizing cost?

The first resize is completely free. After that, we charge $80 for each additional resize. 

JEWELRY CARE

Do you offer repairs?

Your Revive jewelry piece should last a lifetime but it may require some service as you wear it. Before shipment, each piece is carefully inspected and restored to ensure it’s in the best possible condition. As soon as you notice any issues with your purchase please contact us immediately at hello@revive-jewels.com. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

How can I clean my jewelry?

To lightly clean your jewelry, you can use a soft toothbrush, warm water, and dish soap. It’s always good to have your jewelry cleaned by a professional every once in a while. 

Can you give me some tips to make sure my jewelry stays looking its best?

We recommend storing your jewelry in individual boxes or fabric lined pouches, to reduce the potential for scratches. Metals and diamonds will scratch when they come in contact with one another. To prevent tarnish it’s best to avoid applying perfumes, lotions, and creams while wearing your jewelry. Make sure to remove all jewelry before showering or swimming - chlorine or sea water can damage it.
