General Policies


Credit Cards/Paypal: We accept payments using all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We accept Paypal as well.

For orders placed using a credit card, we must ship to the address provided during checkout. Any order placed using Paypal must be shipped to the address you have registered with Paypal. These are measures that we are required to take by our insurer to help reduce fraudulent transactions which protects us and our customers. 

Bank Wire Transfer: You will receive a 3% discount for any items paid for using bank wire transfer. Please contact us directly to arrange payment, and so that we can put the item you want on hold until payment is remitted.

We do not accept personal checks, cashier checks or money orders. We also do not offer layaway at this time.



Free Domestic Shipping: We ship all orders using Fedex overnight or 2nd day express service at no additional cost to you. All packages are fully insured while in transit and require an adult signature upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival to ensure it has not been tampered with. 

Shipping Schedule: We ship all orders the same day they are placed as long as they are made before 1pm ET Monday through Thursday. Orders received on Friday will ship out on Monday or can be upgraded to Saturday delivery for an additional $30 fee. 

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that can be used to track your package online.

International Shipping: We ship internationally with Fedex International Priority, for an additional charge of $100. Many countries charge import duties and customs fees for importing products, which is the buyers responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for information on your country's duty/customs fee schedule. 

Please note that insurance limits and shipping service varies from country to country so we are not able to ship to all locations, please email us with any questions about whether we can ship a specific item to you at 



We continuously strive to offer our customers the highest quality of jewelry and service and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your Revive piece. To initiate a return, please email to request a prepaid, fully insured return label. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package. After 30 days all sales are final. We do not accept returns of any worn or damaged items. 

We strongly recommend sending your jewelry back in our original packaging to ensure a safe and discreet return. All original paperwork must be included in the return shipment. Please make sure the jewelry is secured to avoid movement in transit which could damage the contents. All boxes should be taped and secured. Please be sure to get a FedEx receipt when dropping your package off. 

Once your return is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund to the original payment method, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 24 hours of receipt. Some payment methods may take 3-7 business days to process on your account after the refund has been issued. 

International Returns

Refunds on international returns will be for the full purchase price only. The customer is responsible for any return costs, customs, import duties, or taxes paid on shipments. Insurance is recommended when returning your order as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please clearly state that you are returning the items on export forms to reduce the chance of your package being held up in customs. 



Your Revive jewelry piece should last a lifetime but it may require some service as you wear it. Before shipment, each piece is carefully inspected and restored to ensure it’s in the best possible condition.
